Lobby Projector Array Booking

Before you make your booking, please check the Lobby Projector Schedule for availability:

Depending on who is making the booking, either the Production & Events Manager (scaprod@sfu.ca), the SCA Production Coordinator (scaprod@sfu.ca), or the Director of GCAPES (gcaprod@sfu.ca), will follow up with you about your booking as soon as possible (approximately 2-3 business days).

Bookings are typically for one to two week blocks, but longer bookings are possible, depending on availability (and reason for the booking).

Please note: the lobby screen array in the Francis and Samuel Belzberg Atrium is reserved for presentations of art works, films, videos, installations, and other special projects, but not for promotional material.
