Let's celebrate the SCA's recent graduates, convocating on June 29, having completed their studies during the global pandemic. Held before the FCAT stream of SFU's official Virtual Convocation Ceremony from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on SFU's YouTube Channel, our Pre-Party is open to all graduating SCA students and their families and friends. Dress up, have treats, perhaps drinks – it's a celebration!
The host of our Pre-Party will be filmmaker, theatre director, and graduating SCA student Beau Han Bridge, and our "alumni speaker" will be composer and musician Kimia Koochakzadeh-Yazdi. Elspeth Pratt, the Director of the SCA, will also share remarks, and we'll have videos from SCA faculty, staff, and other graduating students – and more!

Make sure to stick around after the main Convocation Ceremony for the FCAT After Party. Hear from fellow graduates and professors! Have a chance to win SFU Alumni prize packs, valued at approximately $200, sponsored by the Alumni Association and Alumni Relations office! Share your successes, accomplishments, most memorable movements, and relief! All from the comfort of home!

3:40 PM — 4:00 PM: Pre-show of the Convocation Ceremony on SFU's YouTube Channel
4:00 PM — 5:30 PM: Convocation Ceremony on SFU's YouTube Channel
5:30 PM — 6:00 PM: After party on FCAT's Kumospace (info to come!)
The FCAT convocation ceremony will be broadcast live on YouTube, then it will be available a few hours later to watch on-demand.
