Artists Who Do Book Tables

Artists Who Do Book Tables features work by students of SFU’s School for the Contemporary Arts who will display a collection of artists’ books and zines produced as part of CA 269|369: The Practice of Artists’ Publishing.

The table will also include On Reading “Of Thumbs”, an assembled book project that ponders the relationships of grasping to ideas and hands to books, through a collection of 17 varied responses to Michel de Montaigne’s essay “Of Thumbs” (published in Essais, 1580).

All books on display are published in the 611 Imprint series.
