La Asociación Mexicana de Estudios del Trabajo, A.C. (AMET)
The Asociación Mexicana de Estudios del Trabajo, A.C. (AMET) (tr. Mexican Association of Labor Studies AC (AMET)) was founded two decades ago with the objective of bringing together academics and researchers in labour studies. Every two years, the Asociación meets at a congress to present research results on various topics of the labour world, including trade unionism and the Mexican labour movement, which has allowed the organization to make contributions to the history and memory of labour.
