Note that non-member graduate students can pay the $50 CAG membership and then pay only the $100 registration fee. GST(5%) will be applied on restration rates (not on banquet or field trip costs).

Field Trips
All tours (except the Grouse Mountain Hike) depart from SFU-Harbour Centre. Meet in main foyer outside the library on the Hastings Street level.
- Transit-Oriented Development: A half-day transit tour of selected sites of transit-oriented development along the skytrain line. Led by Stephan Nieweler (SFU). 8:30-noon, 2 June - Tuesday. $20.
- Vancouver Port-logistics Landscapes: A half-day tour following the route of South Fraser Perimeter Road between Deltaport and Port Kells to see the transformation of urban space by port-logistics activity. Led by Peter Hall (SFU). 8:30-1pm, 2 June - Tuesday. $30.
- DTES Gentrification and Renovictions Tour: A walking tour of the Downtown Eastside Neighbourhood focusing on gentrification and renoviction with the Carnegie Community Action Project. Led By Tamara Herman (Carnegie Community Action Project). 1-3pm, 2 June - Tuesday. $10.
- Geomorphology, natural hazards and land-use planning: the case of Vancouver's North Shore: A full-day tour exploring geomorphology, land use and hazards on the North Shore. Bring own lunch or purchase on tour. With updated field guide led by Mike Roberts (SFU). 8:30-4.00pm, 3 June - Wednesday. $30.
- Agriburban transitions: A half-day tour of farming lands on the urban edges of Richmond, addressing such issues as urban-rural livelihoods and lifestyles, local food security, industrial expansion and the Agricultural Land Reserve. Led by Lenore Newman (University of the Fraser Valley), Kent Mullinix (Kwantlen Polytechnic University) and Lisa Powell (University of the Fraser Valley). 8:30-noon, 5 June - Friday. $30.
- Social Enterprise and Institutional Actors in the DTES Neighbourhood: A walking tour of social enterprise and small business in the Downtown Eastside Neighbourhood, followed by a tour of SFU Woodwards and discussion about the role of the University in the neighbourhood. Led by Am Johal (SFU’s Vancity Office of Community Engagement) and Wes Regan (Hastings Crossing BIA and SFU). 1-4pm, 5 June - Friday. $20.
- Grouse Mountain Hike: Hike to Grouse Mountain Chalet (2 hours, steep), and enjoy the views, restaurants, free shows, and the resident grizzlies, Grinder and Coola. Proper footwear, water essential. The Gondola is an alternative. Meet 9:30am Lonsdale Seabus Terminal. Bring lunch or buy on Grouse. Led by Roger Hayter and Stephan Nieweler (SFU). 6 hours, 6 June - Saturday. Pay own transit fares.
*please note that the conference field trips will only go ahead if sufficient registration numbers are met. If there are not enough registrants some field trips may be consolidated or refunded

How to Register
Complete the ON-LINE Form for conference registration.
Payment for registration fees will be accepted by credit card on-line via a secure server.
All credit card transactions will be processed in Canadian dollars and are subject to current exchange rates.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds, less a $20 administration fee, will be granted to cancellations received by April 15, 2015. No refunds will be issued after that date. Refunds will be issued after the event and will not be given to no-shows.
Confirmation of your registration
When you register on-line and pay by credit card, you will receive immediate confirmation by e-mail via our server.
Receipts
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your registration sent to the e-mail addressed provided during registration.
You will also receive a credit card receipt from Moneris verifying your payment, please print out copies of both as these will be your official receipt and confirmation of registration

Procédure d’inscription
Veuillez compléter Ie formulaire en ligne de l’inscription au congrès.
Les frais d’inscription doivent être réglés par carte de crédit en ligne sur un serveur sécurisé.
Toutes les transactions effectuées par carte de crédit seront traitées en dollars canadiens et sont assujetties aux taux d’échange actuels.
Annulation et remboursement
Un remboursement est garanti (moins des frais de gestion d’une valeur de 20$) pour les annulations reçues avant le 15 avril, 2015. Aucun remboursement ne sera offert par la suite. La somme sera remboursée après la tenue de l’événement et n’est pas offert aux personnes inscrites qui ne se présentent pas.

Reçus
Vous recevrez une confirmation de votre inscription par courrier électronique à l’adresse électronique fournie dans le formulaire d’inscription.
Vous recevrez un reçu de la transaction par carte de crédit de Moneris qui indiquera le montant payé. Veuillez imprimer ces deux reçus car il s’agit de l’accusé de réception et de la confirmation de votre inscription.
