I met Thelma in my second semester at SFU. I had to see an academic advisor and fortunately was booked to see Thelma. Ever since then, whenever I needed guidance I went to see Thelma. She has inspired me in so many ways. Without her advice I wouldn't have completed my BSc degree.   On her 100th Birthday, I would like to Thank Thelma for her valuable advice and time over the years. She is a great role model for us all. Without her presence there would have been many students dropping out of SFU. I consider myself to be blessed to have met Thelma and she is the especial person who has made a difference in my life. Regards, Sara
