Wishes:	Congratulations on reaching your 100th birthday, Thelma. It is a real milestone and you have made so many great contributions in your journey so far, We both really enjoyed sharing our years at SFU with you. We were ,and still are,  so impressed by the impact you made on so many aspects of life at the university. Your intelligence, communication skills and passion for all your many endeavours  were positive stimuli for many who had the privilege of meeting you , being instructed by you and working with you as a colleague.
