Pilates

Pilates is a low-impact, dynamic total-body workout with a focus on building core strength as well as improving postural alignment and flexibility. In these classes, we will start from the foundations of Pilates building up to intermediate and advanced level exercises. Each week will be an opportunity to challenge yourself and learn something new! Props such as small balls, weights and resistance bands will be used to help you experience the exercises in a different and fun way and help you increase your focus and control.

PILATES - PASS

The Pilates Pass is flexible and will grant you unlimited access to any of the posted Pilates sessions.

Once you purchase a Pilates Pass you do not need to register for any individual Pilates session, you can just show up!
