Yes or No
A "Yes or No" or "True or False" question is common for simple concepts and elections. Users will be presented with two mutually exclusive "radio buttons" to select from.
There is only one field to fill out for a Yes or No question and an optional check box:
- Question Text - Will appear as the title of the question. (eg. "Did you enjoy the event?")
- Check to make this a required question - Check this box if you want to force the respondent to answer, no blanks allowed.
