SFU User Info
The SFU User Info question type applies only when users are required to log in. This captures their personally identifying SFU Identification, also known as student number or employee number. Note that users will see their SFU ID reflect back to them and will have the option of continuing with the survey or leaving without submission at that point.
There is one field you need to fill out to get started with an SFU User Info question:
- Notification - This is the title of the question and should explain why this information is being collected and how it will be used. (eg. "This information will be kept confidential and used to verify which students have completed this survey.")
