Consent
The Consent question type allows you to ask users for their consent before continuing. The user will be presented with a radio button to select either Yes or No. This should be the first question right after the Title Page.
There are two fields on the Consent question:
- Question Text - This is where you ask for consent to continue. The question must be phrased to allow for a Yes or No answer.
- Declined Text - This is the text that will be displayed to the user if they answer No to your request for consent.
NOTE: This Consent question only works when the survey is set to Survey Layout: One Question Per Page on the General Tab.
