Address
The Address question type is a special kind of Single Line Text question to be used when gathering personal information from a respondent.
With the Address question, the labels for the items are already provided, you need only set the options:
- Question Text - Will appear as the title of the question. (eg. "What is your home address?")
You can then set up the options for each item in the address:
- To provide a default answer to the question, enter it into the Default Value field. For example, if you are only dealing with people from Canada, you chould set a default of Canada for the Country option.
- If an item isn't appropriate for your survey, then uncheck the Display box for that item.
- To force the respondent to answer this question, click the Required box.
