Title Page
Title Page is a unique question type as is doesn't actually ask anything. It is simply a way for a survey administrator to communicate information to the user as he or she navigates through the Survey. Often used:
- At the beginning of the survey.
- At the beginning of any distinct sections.
- As the last page of the survey, thanking the respondent for participation.
There are two fields you need to fill out for a Title Page:
- Heading - A title that will appear at the top of the section. (eg. "Welcome to this Survey")
- Text - Up to 20,000 characters of text may be entered. Although a much shorter message is preferable. You may use basic HTML tags to format the Text section
