Using LiveWhale

SFU uses the LiveWhale platform to manage listings on the SFU Events Calendar. Use it to create listings for your events and share the details and links to them on the main SFU Events Calendar, your website and social media.

Create a New Account / Add Users

Important: Each department must decide on a common login email address for all event hosts on their team to access the calendar and manage events.

If you don’t have a LiveWhale account, complete this request form. This form will set up accounts for both LiveWhale and Eventbrite at the same time. If you already have a Livewhale account, use this form to add new users.
