Section 17.1 Environment
Different from what was initially intended, the decision of doing the project in Python has been discarded due to none of the Python specialized library is required in the implementation of the final algorithm used to solve this problem. Which now C will be used as the environment for the scope of this project due to my familiarity and its advantage in execution speed.
