As Associate Dean, Strategic Academic Planning, Enrolment Planning & Management and Budget, I am responsible for overseeing strategic academic planning within the faculty, and alignment of academic planning with enrolment and budget planning. Working closely with the Executive Team, I oversee management of enrolment targets by working to maximize and optimize enrolment efforts within FASS, coordinating ongoing strategic enrolment research. I am responsible for oversight of the temporary instructional budget and approval of associated appointments. In my portfolio, I serve as the FASS liaison for SFU’s Vancouver and Surrey campuses, and oversee the allocation of FASS resources for space, renovations and equipment. I serve on a number of committees, including the SFU Vancouver and SFU Surrey Campus Coordinating Committees, Undergraduate Enrolment Management Council (SEMC-UG), Graduate Enrolment Management Council (SEMC-G), and Continuing Studies Enrolment Management Council (SEMC-CS).
