Trans-Pacific Mobilities: The Chinese and Canada

In 2014, eighteen scholars from Canadian and US universities participated in "Workshop on Chinese Mobilities and Canada" hosted by the David Lam Centre. Among the participants were Paul Crowe and Shuyu Kong of SFU, as well as David Chuenyan Lai (lead author for the Chinese Canadian History project of the DLC). UBC Press has now published articles by these scholars in the new book, Trans-Pacific Mobilities: The Chinese and Canada, edited by Lloyd L. Wong of University of Calgary.
