Each room includes a comfortable bed and mattress, study area with desk and chair, closet and personal fridge, not to mention plenty of functional shared spaces to meet and socialize with other residents. You don't have to be admitted to SFU yet to submit your application to Residence. However, we can't offer you housing until you've officially accepted an offer of admission from the University. We send housing offers to admitted SFU and FIC students, based on their original date of application.
