If your school does not offer the course requirement(s) found on Lists A or B, or you are unable to fulfill the course requirement(s) due to personal circumstance, please complete the form below to request a requirement exception. An Admissions Coordinator will contact you within 10 business days, once the request has been reviewed.

NOTE: Course exception requests will only be considered for your Primary program choice.
