Charles Chang Innovation Centre

SFU Beedie's Segal Graduate School offers exclusive access to the Charles Chang Innovation Centre, uniquely designed for our graduate students. This residence provides the opportunity for our graduate students to be fully immersed in the Vancouver lifestyle as it is conveniently located within walking distance from the campus as well as transportation options, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping centres. The Charles Chang Innovation Centre also creates an environment for our students to broaden their professional network and build community.

GEC Living Student Residences provide off-campus housing for students with convenient access to the SFU Vancouver campus. Students can inquire about living in a GEC building through GEC Living’s website.

Student ambassadors

SFU Beedie’s Student Ambassadors play a vital role in supporting new students at the Segal Graduate School by offering guidance on transitioning to graduate-level studies, utilizing key resources, and navigating student life. They are available for coffee chats (or Zoom for those outside Vancouver) to share insights about the program, study tips, and life in the city. International students are also paired with an International Student Ambassador who provides firsthand advice on adjusting to life in Vancouver. This peer-driven program fosters a welcoming community where new students can build connections and thrive both academically and professionally.
