Hello, you clicked on the right link. Our computer elves are currently busy working away and rebuilding the MyPlace@SFU Housing Portal to provide you with a better user experience.

Maintenance Requests:

• URGENT Maintenance requests: call our front desk at 778-782-4201
• Other maintenance requests: email our Facilities team at resfixit@sfu.ca with your student number, name, room number and the issue to report

Other portal functions (i.e. confirmation payments, contract accepts, fee payments, applications, etc.) will need to wait until we are back online.

EXPECTED TIMELINE: We expect the portal to be back on line sometime in the afternoon of Thursday, February 29th.
