Residence + Housing Hours Reduced starting December 24

Residence and Housing Hours + Mail Services

 

MAIL
SERVICES

 

Mail service delivered to the Residence and Housing Front Desk counter will be disrupted due to the Canada Post strike as well as our Winter Closure dates. Mail will not be processed or have the ability for you to pick up during the closure periods.

Send your package to our Amazon Hub locker: Select KAYLUM or GUSTAVA Amazon Hub Lockers in residences

  • December 24 at 3 PM to December 26: NO Mail Services: There will be no mail processed or issued as the Front Desk will not be open.
  • December 27 to January 2 - Mail Services: Mail will continue to be processed and issued when we receive them from couriers with the exception for Canada Post mail.

 

Residence Front Desk Hours

Front Desk: December 24 - January 1

The Residence Front Desk and Main Office will be open on a limited basis throughout the Winter Break. Note that hours are subject to change.

  • December 24: closes at 4:00PM
  • December 25 and 26: Closed 
  • December 27 to 31: 10:30AM-6:00PM
  • January 1: 9:00AM-11:30PM 
  • January 2: 24/7

Guest Accommodations and The Simon will be closed for Winter Break from:
