Your SFU Residence and Housing Contract is the agreement you sign when accepting your room in residence. The contract contains important information about the responsibilities and rights of those living in the residence community. The SFU Residence and Housing handbook provides you with policies and information related to living in residence.
Residence Contract
The 2023-24 Residence Contract applies to students (undergraduate and graduate) accepting a housing offer for the Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024 academic terms.

Residence handbooks
Residence handbook is a companion to the residence contract. It provides important information on living in residence including policies and procedures, community standards and enforcement and other related information that new and returning students need to know.
