We are very excited to announce that, as of January 13^th, construction of the new FHS Student Commons has begun. Construction is beginning on the south section of the space, closest to the upper bus loop. This will initially affect what used to be student offices BLU 10911 and BLU 10913. 

In the next two weeks, the construction team will be starting on the north side of the space, where the graduate student lounge (BLU 10716) is located. Effective February 17^th, the graduate student lounge on the second level will become non-operational. On a temporary basis, until the student commons construction is complete (estimated summer 2020), all graduate students will have access to the staff and faculty lounge on the third floor (BLU 11716) starting on February 17^th.
