Qualitative analysis of survey questions
Rate of pay: $25-30 per hour
Hours: total (maximum) number of hours for the project if known: 700-750
Term: Anticipated start and end dates: Dec 1, 2024 to April 30, 2025

Project description:
Special requirements of the project (if applicable, e.g., travel, special work conditions, etc.). Work will be in person on the Burnaby campus. No travel required.
RA responsibilities:
To analyze and code open-ended survey question and typed in responses for a few IRP surveys
Required qualifications and skills:
Strong background in qualitative data analysis, e.g. open-ended questions, and analysis of self-identified data categories, good experience with demographic data and analysis.
Other desired experience and skills (if applicable):
- Conduct data cleaning processes, including handling missing values, identifying outliers, and standardizing datasets;
- Maintain clear and organized documentation of data-cleaning processes, steps taken, and any transformations applied datasets;
- Collaborate with researchers to understand data needs, prepare data according to project requirements, and provide insights on data quality
