Our Programs and Streams
Undergraduate students can choose from two streams in Environmental Geoscience and Geology for an Earth Science Major, Honours or Joint-Major/Honours with Chemistry. The Environmental Geoscience stream centres on environment, water, Earth surface processes and engineering geoscience. In the Geology stream, coursework emphasises mineralogy, petrology, structural geology and resource geology. Both streams will prepare you for exciting and challenging careers as well as profressional registration with the Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia.
