Submit a Confidential Inquiry

There are two options for submitting your confidential inquiry:

  • Contact the Anti-Bullying Specialist, who can answer your questions about SFU’s Bullying & Harassment Policy (GP 47), the reporting process, and assist you with determining next steps.
  • Submit the details of your confidential inquiry directly through the online Webform below.

For more information, please visit "What happens after I submit?"

If you are a unionized employee or connected to an employee association, you are encouraged to contact your representative before submitting a report.

If you are an SFU student or employee, you can submit a confidential inquiry to the Bullying & Harassment Central Hub about bullying and harassment that you have witnessed or experienced by another SFU student or employee or that has taken place on SFU property.

Prior to making a report, we ask that you submit a confidential inquiry form linked below to disclose the facts pertaining to your complaint. The information submitted in the form will go directly to the Anti-Bullying Specialist, who will then reach out to help you book a consult and discuss potential next steps. The information in this form is not shared by the Anti-Bullying Specialist with anyone else, unless you wish to proceed to making a formal report. At this point, the Anti-Bullying Specialist will work with you to create a formal version of the information provided to be shared with the Responsible Offices
