Crowdmark FAQs
How Do Students Create Their Account?
- Please send students these instructions on claiming a crowdmark account
- Note - students do not create a Crowdmark account. Instead they claim their account through the email they receive inviting them to complete your assessment.
How Are Grades Synced With Canvas?
- Click on 'Results' on the left hand side of the screen then click the 'Export Grades to Canvas' button to sync the grades.
- You will see a Crowdmark Assessments assignment group with the Crowdmark assignment in it.
Note - although you can move this assignment to another assignment group, the assignment scores in Canvas will not be updated if you need to sync the scores again. If you keep the assignment in the same assignment group, the assignment score will be updated.
