The Arcade Quartet (interactive system)
By: Mary Gigiberia, Khushy Brar, Alyssa Pacamarra,Timothy Ting
Course: IAT 267 Introduction to Technological Systems
Description: For our project we created an arcade machine which has four different games which test the players strength, timing speed, reaction speed, and memory.
The first game challenges players with a strength game where players flick a ball with precise pressure to advance to the next mini-game. Next is a timing game that will require players to concentrate to stop the spinning colour wheel within the correct range. Following that, a colour-matching memory game will stimulate visual memory skills. The final challenge is a game that tests a player's precision and reaction time. Players who successfully complete all four stages of the game will reveal the built-in prize.
