I reclassified the result.
This is my result of all my analysis.





 
I picked up the two areas.

Central coast (as a example of high risk areas index: = 0.844) and
Fernin (as a example of the low risk areas index:= 0.215)

In comparison, those areas have many similarities on the socio-economic factors, but not on the health related factors. Central Coast area has definitely higher numbers on the health related factors. The high rate of infant mortality is noticeable. The remarkable difference on the socio-economic factor is the ratio of the aboriginal population. Central Coast area's ratio is 8.19 and Fernin area's is 1.13. I think many aboriginal people have been dealing with the issues of alcohols and drugs in British Columbia. It seems that they are related in that area. However, I can not say that the aboriginal people contributed to the high ratio of alcohol and drug induced deaths in Central Coast area from my data. What I can say is that the high ratio of aboriginal population and the high ratio of the health related factors are the characteristics of that area.
