Conclusion
To conclude, upon
completing this analysis, several areas were found within Surrey and
Langley that satisfied all of the criteria I gave. Above is the final
image produced for the area giving you a guideline as to the most
suitable places to consider when the time comes for me to purchase a
home.
Problems
and Comments
No real problems
were encountered. However, I might have included Abbotsford in the
dataset as well. But, that would have been a little too far away to
travel, especially to Vancouver. Also, I could have included the GVRD
DEM in order to incorporate a slopes
layer for vertical elevation. I decided not to for the simple
reason that Surrey and Langley generally do not have steep terrain.
