HSCI Co-op Info Session
Wednesday, January 24th
12:30pm-1:20pm
INFO
The Health Science Co-op team is hosting an in-person Information Session on January 24th from 12:30 pm - 1:20 pm in the FHS Student Commons Clamshell (BLU 10810).
Every year, thousands of students graduate from SFU into the job market. The most successful graduates are generally those who have work experience in their field. SFU Co-op provides you with a year or more of paid, resume-boosting work experience that makes employers more likely to hire you. Co-op is an optional program where students explore their career options by alternating between study semesters and paid work semesters.
In this information session, we will go over:
- About the Co-op program
- Benefits of Co-op
- Eligibility requirements and application steps
- Program structure
- Co-op work terms
- Hear from a Co-op student about their experience in the program
- And more…
