Introducing Doubling Down
The SFU Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue presented “Doubling Down,” a monthly virtual event series exploring dialogue and democracy as necessary pillars to advancing challenging conversations. At the Centre, we research and apply dialogue best practices for engagement processes, teaching and learning, politics and policy, and around your dining room table. Join us each month to hear what we've learned, what we're thinking about, and the actions institutions can take to strengthen our democracy. Each event will feature one or more speakers from a specific sector to help the series answer: How do we double down on democracy and dialogue in challenging times? And in order to succeed, what actions and skills do we need to emphasize right now? Whether you know what dialogue is or not, join us to be inspired and learn new methods that can apply to your work.
