Self Regulation: Practical Tools

A support group to learn about behavioral activation, anxiety and depression. 

Explore useful tools for managing mood, stress, and anxiety while developing emotional regulation skills. Participants will learn about mood and anxiety, behavioral activation, as well as some emotional regulation skills from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). The program consists of four sessions which can be attended at any time. If you miss a session, you will need to watch prerequisite videos on Canvas.
