Lab Liaison

Did you know that you get a lab buddy?!

A lab liaison is a current graduate student that will help you get adjusted to a new program, a new campus, and perhaps a new city. You will receive an email from the graduate psychology caucus during the summer with your lab liaison’s contact information.

Clinical students will also get a buddy who is a more senior student in the clinical program (usually just finishing their second year) that will serve as a point-person to you over the course of your first year. Your clinical buddy will be available to provide advice more specifically about the clinical components of the program (e.g., practicums, clients, tracking clinical hours, etc.). Your clinical buddy may be separate from your lab liaison.
