Solidworks
SFU Solidworks Licensing Details
The SFU campus agreement for SolidWorks has changed. At this time only students and faculty of schools within the Faculty of Applied Science (MSE, ENSC and SEE) are entitled to the SolidWorks SEK License.
SFU Computing labs are currently running SolidWorks 2024 (SP3.1).
Note that the Solidworks files are not backwards compatible. If you submit files from the newer versions of Solidworks, Instructors and TAs may not be able to open them.
If you encounter problems accessing SolidWorks through the button below you may not be included in the group of students who qualify for access. For assistance submit a ticket on ServiceHub.
