Congratulations, Fall 2021 Graduates!

Dear SFU Graduates in GSWS,

My heartfelt congratulations to all of you on your amazing accomplishment. I am so proud of your achievements and the way you navigated these challenging times with perseverance and grace. It was very special to have shared this past year with you as we acknowledged the 50th anniversary of the first ever Gender Studies class taught at SFU. There is no better way to mark this important milestone than to celebrate the insights, passion, and camaraderie you brought to your learning, your activism, and the community you built with and for each other. 

As you say goodbye to SFU to start a new chapter of your life, know that you will always be part of our GSWS family. I know you will have a bright future and can’t wait to see what you’re going to do next!
