Dal Sohal

Dal Sohal has an MA in leadership and training from Royal Roads University. She is a certified professional coach trained in emotional intelligence and personality assessments including Myers Briggs.

For the past 10 years, Dal has provided consulting services and training to organizations and individuals in the areas of leadership, interpersonal communication and team building. She has taught in the communications department at Douglas College (Interpersonal Communication Skills in the Workplace). Dal has also worked at SFU for the past 13 years, most recently as manager of peer education and as learning services specialist in the Student Learning Commons.
