Volunteer
Volunteer opportunities come up regularly in our programs. The current available opportunities are listed below. If you are looking for a wider array of student volunteer opportunities through SFU, please check out Get Involved.
Current opportunities
Volunteer with the SFU Surrey – TD Community Engagement Centre
Programs through the SFU Surrey CEC tend to involve working with youth in the Surrey community. There are usually several opportunities each semester. If you're interested in one (or several), please fill in the Volunteer Application Form as your first step. If you have any questions, please email community-volunteer@sfu.ca.

Volunteer with the SFU Food Pantry
The SFU Food Pantry launched in February 2022 to support SFU’s food insecure student population with emergency top-up food and hygiene supplies. It is open every Wednesday (except statutory holidays), from 12:30pm - 3:00pm.
We're always looking for people to help with this important work.
If you are interested, please:
- Fill out the application form, then
- Send an email to food-community@sfu.ca with your first name, last name, and resume, and please mention in your email that you have completed the form.
