Approach

CCAIHG research is driven by the principles of Indigenous-led and community-based participatory research while recognizing the distinct strengths, knowledge, experiences and practices that each person and community brings.

This approach allows for communities to identify research priorities that are most important to them with the aim of combining knoweldge, wise practices, and action for improving the health and wellness of Indigenous peoples.
