Self Assessment

• Does the design satisfy practical requirements of access, storage, light etc?
• Does the shed relate well to the house and site?
• Are the walls and roof elements stable, fixed down and braced?
• Are there flashings where needed?
• Does the roof 'work' in terms of drainage?
• Are the roof members adequate for the span and spacing?
• Have you considered corners, eg where two walls and the roof or floor meet?
• Are the model, section and annotations clear and complete?
