It is important to remember that more materials are used in creating a product than that which we see. Oils to lubricate machinery, electricity to power the factories and chemicals used during production. All these factors add up during manufacturing and have a significant environmental impact.

Use less

Recycling items and disposing of waste better can only do so much. We need to reduce the amount of goods we purchase overall.
