SFU Vancouver Lunch 'n' Learn
About the Lunch 'n' Learn:

Location: Harbour Centre, 515 W. Hastings St., room 2270
Please join us for the next SFU Vancouver Lunch ‘n’ Learn to explore the pervasive issue of ecological grief.
As the climate crisis has deepened, there has been a corresponding increase in ecological anxiety and grief. This has affected many students, some of them feeling hopeless, and some motivated to become actively involved. In a time of climate chaos, fighting for change is not enough. We will also need to learn how to stay connected to each other and love the world more deeply even as we face losses of uncertain proportion. And even in the midst of loss, what do we dare to hope for? This Lunch ‘n’ Learn session will explore the challenge and how we might collectively and individually address it. Please join us for a sobering and joyful conversation about ecological grief and contemplative ecology.
This is an in-person event with lunch provided.
