The Samuel and Frances Belzberg Library is the downtown Vancouver branch of Simon Fraser University Library and offers a full range of student services, including workshops and consultations, study spaces, and access to library collections and equipment (including laptops and phone chargers).

Library Services and Collections
Get help from the Library’s research experts through Ask a Librarian, in-person at the Research Help Desk or by email and chat. You can request an in-depth consultation with a subject area librarian or get started on your own by browsing the Library's research guides.
Access thousands of online journals, ebooks and databases via the SFU Library Catalogue. Request digital delivery of book chapters or place a hold on print books from any library location for pick-up at Harbour Centre.
Library services are also available to non-credit students and instructors.
Computers and Equipment
Students, faculty, and staff can use the Library’s 18 desktop computers and 2 print/copy/scan machines. Community members can request a guest pass to use computers for a limited period of time each day.
The Library also lends a variety of equipment, including laptops, phone chargers, dongles, and more, to students, faculty and staff.
Yosef Wosk Student Learning Commons
The Student Learning Commons (HC 1002) inside Belzberg Library is a comfortable space for individual and group study.
Graduate Research Commons
SFU Library’s Research Commons provides services and support to graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty at all stages of the research process across all three SFU campuses.
Graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and faculty can access study and meeting spaces in the Vancouver Research Commons (HC 7050) located at Harbour Centre.
