We can accept a variety of file types [e.g. PDF, DOC, PNG, JPG]. Please note, HEIC files are NOT accepted. Total size of uploaded attachments cannot exceed 15 mb.
Before you submit
Errors or omissions will delay processing. Review your application for completion and accuracy, including signatures and dates.
I confirm that:
- I will no longer be adding, dropping or swapping classes for the term indicated on my application.
- I understand that waitlisted classes do not count into my courseload.
- I understand that BOT (Back on Track) classes do not count into my courseload.
- If I successfully enroll in an additional course, I will contact Financial Aid & Awards (fiassist@sfu.ca).
- I understand that if my courseload changes (decrease or increase) after funding has been confirmed, I may become ineligible for funding.
- I have ensured my correct SIN is updated on go.sfu.ca under Personal Information.
- If I am a Permanent Resident, I will include a copy of my PR card (front and back) with my application.
- If I cannot electronically sign my application, I will submit a signed page 7 of the application form separately.
