Entrance awards are based on community contributions and financial need.

Minimum Requirements
- Applying for the Fall term
- Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada
- Grades in the 80% range in courses required for their primary program or the minimum IB diploma score required for admission have a demonstrated financial need
By submitting one complete application and supporting documentation, you will be considered for the following entrance awards:

Fall 2025 Application Status: Closed
The Fall 2025 application period is from
November 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025 (11:59pm PDT)
The application form and any required supporting documents must be submitted via email by March 31, 2025 11:59 PM pst. Follow the instructions on the application form.
The PDF form must be downloaded and completed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (make sure you have it installed on your computer). Follow the instructions below to save the PDF form to your computer and then open it. Fillable forms cannot be completed on mobile devices.
- Right-click on the form link and select:
- Save Link As (if using Chrome, Firefox or Edge); or
- Download Linked File As (if using Safari)
- In the new window, select Desktop then click Save,
- Locate the form on your Desktop, right-click and select Open With, then select Adobe Acrobat,
- You can now complete and save your PDF form.

- A summary of your achievements and activities demonstrating your involvement:
provide clear, concise details about your volunteer work, school or community involvement, extracurricular activities, and artistic or athletic interests (500 words max)
