Report a Physical Accessibility Issue

Simon Fraser University recognizes and affirms the rights of persons with disabilities to fair and equal access to all University services, programs and facilities. The Centre welcomes feedback on physical accessibility-related concerns. Please let us know if you encounter any physical barriers (e.g. out of order elevator, construction which blocks the required access route) at any of SFU's three campuses: Burnaby, Surrey and Vancouver.

Urgency

For immediate concerns, during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am - 4 pm),  such as out of order elevators or inaccessible rooms please contact the Centre at caladmin@sfu.ca or at 778-782-3112.  For after hours assistance, for urgent matters, please contact Security at 778-782-4500 . 

For non-emergency issues, use this form to submit a report to the Centre. The data that is collected by the Centre will be forwarded to the appropriate University department so that the issue can be addressed.
