Welcome to the Centre’s online Accommodations Renewal module. Students who have been authorized by their Disability Access Advisor have the option of renewing their course accommodations online.

Please note that if you need changes to your approved accommodations, do not use this module. Instead, contact the Centre (caladmin@sfu.ca; 778-782-3112) to arrange a meeting with your Disability Access Advisor.
