Annual General Meeting and Dinner
The Executive Board of Directors Cordially invites you to its Annual General Meeting & Dinner
At the Burnaby Mountain Clubhouse Restaurant
Thursday November 4, 2021 from 5:00 pm until 10:00 pm
The AGM will take place from 6:00 to 6:30pm, and dinner will be served at 6:30pm.
Please join us to mingle with members and guests and to elect your new Executive Board for 2021-2022 .
The price is $45.00. Note: Same as the last AGM before the pandemic!.
PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED BY THURSDAY OCTOBER 21st
A Signature buffet with a choice of entrees including a Vegetarian Lasagna, Chicken Marsala, salads, and a glass of British Columbia wine. Dessert, tea and coffee to follow.
A No Host Bar and soft drinks will also be available as required.
NOTE: The current restrictions for gatherings will apply: vaccination and Id checks, and masks while moving around.
We ask you to sign up as soon as possible.

| 3 | click on ‘Transfer Money’, then ‘Send e-transfers’ [or something similar] |

| 5 | fill in amount |
| 6 | there will be a space to enter a memo. The payer needs to note the purpose of payment: e.g. ‘dues’ or ‘AGM’, etc. This will appear on the notification sent to treasurer4sfura@gmail.com |
