ABSTRACT: This talk will include points of natural and human history interest throughout Namibia, including the highest sand dunes in the world and the ghost town of Kolman's Kop but will concentrate on the incredible bird and animal diversity of Etosha and Chobe National Parks. These are among the best game viewing parks in Africa and a visit there is full of surprises.
The talk is more than a showing of beautiful photographs. The biological information provided gives a new perspective even to those who have previously visited these areas.



ABOUT: Ron Long was a photographer at Simon Fraser University for thirty-six years. Now retired Ron travels the world searching out wildlife hot spots. He now takes more pictures than he ever did while working at it full time and has become known for his outstanding nature and travel photography
